Managing Email Notification Subscriptions for a Channel in UD Capture Space

Subscribing to a channel in UD Capture Space is a great way to keep informed when new content is added. When the channel owner adds new media to the channel, subscribers will receive an email notification with a link to the new content. You can manage your subscriptions easily.

Subscribing to a channel in UD Capture Space

1. From the Channels tab in UD Capture Space, search for the channel you want to subscribe to.
   
   
2. Click the channel to go to the channel overview page.
3. On the right, click the Subscribe button.
   
   

You will now receive email notifications for the channel after certain updates such as new media being added to the channel. 

 

Unsubscribing from a channel in UD Capture Space

If you are subscribed to a channel in UD Capture Space, you will receive all email notifications sent by the channel.

To unsubscribe from email notifications:

1. Click the channel link in the email you received to go to the channel in UD Capture Space.
   Alternatively, you can search for the channel in UD Capture Space if you know the name.
2. If requested, login with your UD credentials. 
3. On the right, hover your cursor over the Subscribed button, then click Unsubscribe.
   
   

Note: This action only unsubscribes you from emails. You will still have access to the channel’s videos.

Note: You can re-subscribe any time by clicking the Subscribe button on the channel page in UD Capture Space.
