Add-ons
Add-ons such as Large Meetings (500+), Webinars, Zoom Rooms, and H.323 connections, are available through the UD Enterprise license at a discounted rate.
For security reasons, UD cannot accept requests from Zoom’s App Marketplace at this time.
The following add-ons are currently approved for Zoom at UD:
- Zoom for Gmail – Students and faculty should already have the G Suite add-on.
- Zoom for Outlook
- Zoom for HIPAA Clients: The University of Delaware has entered into a new HIPAA business associate agreement (BAA) with Zoom. While all Zoom meetings are now HIPAA compliant, recordings to the cloud still do not meet HIPAA protocols. Therefore, it is CRITICAL that you are HIPAA compliant in your use of Zoom. Please see the user responsibilities on our HIPAA Group page for more information. To have your Zoom account converted to HIPAA-compliant account, please submit a ticket.
